Obsessed with these yoga pants right now

Alrighty then, what's this blog about?

Why do I feel like I have to sell this blog? Like I have to prove to potential readers that there time will be better spent here, #nibblesandflow, rather than an extra 5 mins on Instagram or Pinterest or Facebook or watching a puppy Frenchie video? (omg the list could go on and on! #socialmedialife !) Weighing it up right now I think I'd fail miserably. Ok so, beside the fact of my potential unpopularity and the lack of goods and services this blog has to offer, I think that how I might justify this to myself is by the fact that I am doing this for me. Screw that. This is what I'm offering.

Nibbles and Flow - An honest perspective on whatever I feel like talking about. This may or may not include:

Food Recipes Baking Cooking Yoga Pilates Running Exercise Relationships Love Health Intellect Thoughts Feelings Past Present Future Inspiration Connection Opinion Emotion Words Poetry Lifestyle Adventures Challenge World Expat Beach

We'll see how it goes.

Did somebody say New Year's Resolution?

Right. So, we've entered 2015 now with a bang or a boom or maybe just a great show of fireworks. However you might have entered it, for me, whenever the new year rolls around I always have the idea of new year resolutions in my mind. Not that I ever keep them. Or even make them. Ok, so maybe I make those unofficial "sounds like a great idea" at the time ones but they never solidify into concrete "hold myself to them" sort of things. They fizzle and pop and dissipate as the year goes on and then I find myself feeling ok because I didn't really make any REAL resolutions, right? No, I think I might be cheating myself out of a good opportunity to push myself and see what I can achieve. Thus, Nibbles and Flow! (Can I has tag that? #nibblesandflow) I am officially taking this opportunity to make a New Year's Resolution, in the presence of myself and my potential future followers (note to self - I gotta get me some of those) and start this blog. And, keep it going until this time next year.

Here's to 2015 being the year of the blog! Cheers!
